We got to see Santa last night at CALM's Christmas lights display. Max loved him and really checked out his beard to see if it was real or not.

Colton started our afternoon at the Fair with a huge lollipop. And yes, I let him eat the entire thing! Max did so well the whole day hanging out by his big brother.
Up close to a fire truck...a new favorite of Colton's. The firemen were so nice and gave him a hat and sticker.
We cooked S'mores that night! Colton loved them. So did Mommy!
Max was so busy being passed around the grandparents that I didn't realize I had no patriotic pictures of him until the next day....so he was happy to dress up for me and take a picture a day late!

And Colton turned a BIG corner at the beginning of this week. I prepped him over and over about how he is a big boy now and only babies need binkis. We talked about getting rid of his binki and since he's so infatuated with flushing the toilet these days, I told him he could throw it in the potty and flush it bye-bye. So, he was happy to comply...we told it bye-bye and...woosh...there it went. Happy to report that the nights have been great. He's slept great without it. Ahh... I know the dentist will be happy to hear it! So glad it went smoothly!

Meanwhile, Colton has been preparing for our FAVORITE holiday!!!
